Showme - DJ & wedding event services

Do we need to book in advance?

 

Yes, bookings are essential, in order to confirm we have a system & DJ available for your reception.

 

Do we need to pay a deposit?

 

$50.00 deposit is required on booking, remaining balance must be made seven days in advance of your reception date.

 

Do we have to order a meal for the DJ?

 

We do not ask that you supply a meal, however if you choose to provide one, we sincerely appreciate your kindness, we do ask that soft drinks are available though.

 

What music should we choose?

 

When we receive a confirmation from you, we will email a timeline to you, this contains; timings & selected music.

 

Can guests request music on the night?

 

Yes they can request music, however it must be suitable to evening, not something that will clear the dance floor!

 

When do you set up & pack down?

 

We usually set up an hour before doors open & always pack down after the reception.

 

What will the DJ wear?

 

All our staff are issued uniforms, these are black trousers, socks & shoes, with a black shirt with the company logo on it.

 

When is the best time to meet the MC?

 

We ask that the MC meet us at the reception room fifteen minutes prior to doors opening.
